"The service is very useful, especially since I needed a passport photo of my dementia-stricken, wheelchair-bound father-in-law. This saved me a lot of hassle with getting him into a passport photo booth and explaining what to do. Though it's indicated that the passport photos certainly meet the intended purpose, it took several attempts by the official to accept the passport photo. So, it worked out, but the quality was just passable, perhaps there's room for improvement there. All in all, it was a good solution for me. The price-performance ratio and handling is fine"
