A Cemac Passport Portrait Prepared Through Congo’s Paris Portal

The embassy of Congo-Brazzaville in France uses an online application followed by biometric enrollment for the CEMAC passport. Its published procedure asks each applicant to create an individual account and identifies consular registration as a prerequisite. The photograph is uploaded with civil documents before the appointment stage, linking the online record with the person who will attend.

The Paris instructions specify a color identity photograph in a 35-by-45 format with a white background. After payment, the applicant books fingerprint collection at the enrollment center.
