How the Passport Photo Express Service Works

  1. Create Your Passport Photo Online

Start your passport photo, select your document and issuing country, then take or upload a clear photo. Follow the guidance on lighting, background, posture and facial expression. Choose the digital package with a print sheet and check the price before paying. Complete this step before travelling to a print location: if you need to retake your photo, allow extra time.

  2. Receive and Download Your Print Sheet

Once your order and photo are ready, download the print sheet. Save the original file on your phone or bring it on a storage device accepted by your chosen location. Avoid screenshots, which can change the dimensions and reduce image quality. The sheet arranges your passport photos for the document settings you selected.

  3. Find a Nearby Location and Print Your Photos

Use the location finder above to look for photo printing nearby. Check the opening hours, available paper sizes and whether you can print your file immediately on suitable photo paper. Use the self-service printer or ask a staff member to print your sheet. You arrange the printing yourself and pay the location directly.

Need Passport Photos Today? Create Online and Print Nearby

An appointment coming up and no passport photos ready? With the Rostrio passport photo express service, you create your photo online, receive a print sheet and arrange the printing yourself at a nearby location. There is no postal delivery to wait for. If your photo is ready straight away and a suitable printer is open nearby, you could have your printed passport photos in as little as 15 minutes.

Can I Really Get Passport Photos in 15 Minutes?

It is possible when your photo is usable immediately, your print sheet is ready and a suitable printer is available close by. Fifteen minutes is not a guaranteed turnaround time: photo processing, retakes, travel and queues can all take longer. Check printing availability before setting off, as not every copyshop or store has a suitable photo printer. Download your sheet first so you arrive ready to print.

Affordable Passport Photos Without Delivery Charges

Your total cost is the Rostrio digital package plus the local printing charge. You do not pay Rostrio to post physical photos when you choose this route. The current digital package price is shown in checkout; the print location sets its own prices. Compare printing costs and available formats before travelling. You are free to choose where to print, with no requirement to use a particular store.

Print Your Passport Photos at the Correct Size

Choose the paper size specified for your print sheet and print at actual size, or 100%. Turn off automatic cropping, enlargement, fill and fit-to-page settings. Use suitable photo paper and avoid filters or automatic enhancements that change your appearance. Check the dimensions of the printed photos before cutting them out. Even a correctly prepared digital file can produce an unsuitable print if the printer scales or crops it.

Independent Print Locations, No Affiliation

The finder displays location information from Google. Rostrio has no affiliation with the print locations shown and does not book a printing service or appointment for you. Appearing in the results is not an endorsement or a guarantee that a location can print your sheet. Contact your chosen location about availability, paper, print quality and payment. Rostrio supplies your digital passport photo and print sheet; you arrange the physical printing separately.

Passport Photo Express Service: Frequently Asked Questions

Can I Print Without an Appointment?

That depends on the location. Some stores offer self-service photo printers; others require help from a staff member. Check whether immediate printing is available and how to provide your file before you visit.

Are Local Printing Costs Included?

No. The price in Rostrio checkout covers your selected digital package. Your chosen print location sets and collects its own printing charge.

Can I Print My Passport Photos at Home?

Yes, if your printer, photo paper and settings can meet the requirements for your document. Check the size, sharpness and colours of the finished print. Choose a suitable print location if you cannot achieve the required print quality at home.

Does a Print Location Guarantee My Photos Will Be Accepted?

No. A printing service does not necessarily check the requirements for your document. The issuing authority makes the final acceptance decision. Follow the photo instructions and check your prints before your appointment.
