Official Fijian diplomatic passport photo requirements for 2026. Size, background and rules. Create a compliant photo online.
Image Created with AI for IllustrationFiji’s diplomatic passport is linked to qualifying official positions. The Washington embassy’s guidance identifies categories including the President, Prime Minister, ministers and government officials serving in diplomatic missions. The passport’s official status is therefore connected to the appointment, while the portrait identifies the particular holder.
Prepare the request through the responsible official channel, keeping the institutional evidence and requested identity documents together. The embassy describes the diplomatic document separately from the ordinary and emergency passport categories. Its published eligibility information should be read alongside the photographic and submission arrangements provided for the individual official application.
The photo requirements below and our framing, background, facial expression and photo quality guidance help review a natural likeness. Keep the face clear and the composition suited to an identity document. A formal portrait selected for government publicity may not have the framing or lighting needed in a passport.
Our Fiji page connects wider Fijian document guidance. The embassy and consulate directory helps locate representation relevant to the assignment, and the visa finder supports destination research before official entry arrangements are confirmed. A host country’s accreditation document belongs to another procedure and may require its own photograph. Organise that request separately from the Fijian diplomatic passport’s identity and appointment record.
Photo dimensions must be precise to avoid rejection. The face-to-frame ratio is equally important for proper identification.
Use a plain, distraction-free background. We replace it automatically to meet official criteria.
Proper lighting ensures your photo is clear and natural. Uneven exposure or artificial glare can lead to rejection.
Your face must be fully visible with a neutral expression for easy identification and facial recognition.
Glasses are allowed only if they do not obstruct visibility. Headwear is permitted only for valid medical or religious reasons.
Improper posture can lead to application rejection. Your face and shoulders should be correctly aligned and fully visible.
