Fijian Residence Permit Photo

Certified Photographs for Fiji’s Permit to Reside

Fiji’s permit-to-reside form asks for two copies of a recent passport-size photograph for each applicant. The reverse of each photograph is to be certified by an adult as a correct likeness. This connects the supplied portrait with the person named in the residence request and adds a certification step to ordinary photo preparation.

The form allows certain family members to be included with the principal applicant, but the photographs still relate to each individual seeking a permit. Organise each person’s images and requested identity documents with the relevant family evidence. A shared application does not mean that one person’s portrait represents the whole household.

Use clear prints with a faithful likeness. The photo requirements below and our framing, background, facial expression and photo quality explanations help assess the picture before it is certified. Keep the face readable and protect the printed surface while the reverse is completed and the file is assembled.

Our Fiji page connects other Fijian document guidance. The visa finder supports initial entry research, while the embassy and consulate directory helps locate consular contacts for foreign documents. Match the residence request to the appropriate category and supporting evidence, including the medical records required by the form, rather than assuming that a visitor’s paperwork also establishes eligibility to reside.
