Official Georgian diplomatic passport photo requirements for 2026. Size, background and rules. Create a compliant photo online.
Image Created with AI for IllustrationGeorgia’s diplomatic passport records the holder’s identity, citizenship and official status. Georgian legislation distinguishes this category within the state’s official travel documents, and the published technical rules provide for a biometric diplomatic passport. The facial image belongs to that passport record, alongside the details of the authorised holder.
Prepare the application through the responsible official service, keeping institutional instructions and requested identity documents together. A photograph used for an employee profile does not automatically have the composition needed for a travel document. The image must support recognition of the individual who will present the passport abroad.
The photo requirements below introduce the photographic specifications. Our framing, background, facial expression and photo quality explanations help with preparation of a faithful likeness. Keep facial features clear and follow the image-submission or capture arrangements supplied for the diplomatic application rather than assuming that an ordinary passport service has an identical administrative route.
The Georgia page connects wider Georgian document guidance. Use the embassy and consulate directory to locate representation connected with the assignment, and the visa finder for preliminary destination research before official entry arrangements are confirmed. Accreditation or a diplomatic identity card issued by the host country is a separate process, potentially with its own photograph, even when both requests concern the same posting.
Photo dimensions must be precise to avoid rejection. The face-to-frame ratio is equally important for proper identification.
Use a plain, distraction-free background. We replace it automatically to meet official criteria.
Proper lighting ensures your photo is clear and natural. Uneven exposure or artificial glare can lead to rejection.
Your face must be fully visible with a neutral expression for easy identification and facial recognition.
Glasses are allowed only if they do not obstruct visibility. Headwear is permitted only for valid medical or religious reasons.
Improper posture can lead to application rejection. Your face and shoulders should be correctly aligned and fully visible.
