Four Photo Copies in Mali’s Driving-Licence Renewal File

The Malian administration’s published driving-licence renewal checklist requests four identity photographs, preferably in colour. It also asks for the old licence, including a document that has expired or become unreadable or torn, and a residence certificate. The photograph renews the identifying image while the old licence supports the record of existing driving entitlement.
