Ni-Vanuatu Residence Permit Photo

Photographs for Each Person in a Vanuatu Residence Application

Vanuatu’s residence-visa form is intended for applicants seeking to reside in the country for more than twelve months. It distinguishes several grounds for residence, so the principal applicant must satisfy the conditions of the selected category. Where family members are included, each remains an individual applicant with their own identification evidence. This makes organising the photographs especially important when preparing a household’s move to Vanuatu.

The official checklist requests two recent passport-size photographs of each person included, with that person’s name on the reverse. Prepare matching prints from a clear portrait, then keep each pair with the correct family member’s records. Check for a current recognisable likeness, balanced framing and an appropriate facial expression. Good photo quality should remain visible on the finished copies, and the digital photograph can be retained if another copy is needed during processing.

The form’s family provisions vary with the residence ground; do not assume every category permits the same dependants. Check the relevant section before assembling passports and other identity documents. The detailed photo requirements support photo preparation, while the residence checklist governs supporting evidence and submission. Our photo preparation guide are useful for producing consistent portraits across a family without making every person’s image an identical crop or relying on older photographs from a previous visa application.
