Papua New Guinean Visa Photo

The Portrait Accompanying a PNG Entry-Permit Application

A visa application for Papua New Guinea should begin with the purpose of the journey. ICA distinguishes visitor, business, working and other entry categories, with supporting evidence appropriate to each. Its paper entry-permit form includes a photograph area as well as passport details, travel arrangements and a declaration. The portrait connects that application to the traveller; it does not replace the evidence explaining what the person intends to do in PNG.

ICA also offers an electronic visa service, so confirm the correct submission channel for your category and circumstances. A paper form’s photograph space is not automatically the technical specification for an online upload. Use the visa finder to orient yourself, then follow the current ICA application instructions. If a mission is handling the file, the embassy and consulate directory helps locate the office that can confirm how the image should be supplied.

Prepare a recent recognisable likeness with clear framing, dependable photo quality and a suitable facial expression. The photo requirements below explain the visual details; for a requested digital photograph, also check the portal’s accepted format and file limits. Keep a clear original rather than repeatedly resizing a copy downloaded from another application. Match the portrait carefully to the passport and other identity documents, especially when preparing multiple travellers’ files. The completed visa application should consistently identify the same person across the photograph, declaration and supporting documents.
