A Licence Photograph Linked to Barbados’ Driver Record

The Barbados Licensing Authority manages driving-licence services in Barbados, including the card that identifies the licensed driver. The Revenue Authority’s renewal guidance asks for the current licence card to be presented. That payment instruction is not, by itself, a request for a new portrait. If the picture needs changing, explain that when contacting the Licensing Authority rather than assuming payment of a renewal fee also updates the photograph.

Visitors arranging a driving permit should also identify that separate service, since it is different from issuance or renewal of a resident’s licence card.
