A Congolese Diplomatic Portrait Within the Consular Enrollment File

The embassy of Congo-Brazzaville in France lists a dedicated diplomatic-passport application among its consular services. The published file includes a recent identity photograph, civil records, a national identity card or previous passport and consular registration. The image identifies the holder within that file; it does not itself establish eligibility for diplomatic travel.

The service also requires an enrollment appointment. Preparing the portrait and supporting identity documents together helps keep personal particulars consistent before that visit.
