Linking a New Passport Portrait to Mozambique’s Identity Record

Mozambique’s embassy in Brasília describes the biometric passport as an individual travel document whose identity information is collected from the biometric Bilhete de Identidade. Its application checklist includes two passport photographs with a white background alongside the valid identity card, completed form and previous passport where applicable. The portrait therefore belongs to a request grounded in the applicant’s existing civil identification.
