Separating Your Thai Residence Portrait from Supporting Photographs

Thai immigration applications can ask for more than one kind of photograph. A portrait identifies the applicant, while pictures of a home, workplace or family circumstances may support the basis of a residence request. The Immigration Bureau’s permanent-residence checklist illustrates that distinction through its supporting photographs. Do not substitute those contextual pictures for an identification image requested on a form.

Published provincial immigration guidance includes a correctly sized portrait for specified extension applications, but that does not make every residence-related service an identical photo order.
