Tajik Diplomatic Passport Photo

A Tajik Diplomatic Portrait Within an Official Travel File

A diplomatic passport from Tajikistan identifies both its holder and the official nature of the travel. The Consular Department states that it is used for official purposes, with ordinary foreign passports used for private journeys. Its application guidance includes institutional requests and evidence of the official’s position. The portrait supports personal identification within that file; it does not establish diplomatic eligibility by itself.

Prepare a recent recognisable likeness that can be compared with the domestic passport and official identity documents. A ceremonial portrait is often framed for publicity rather than document use, so check framing, facial visibility and the background before reusing one. Keep the facial expression straightforward and preserve natural features. Reliable photo quality matters when the portrait is reproduced within the travel document rather than displayed at its original size.

The ministry’s published diplomatic application form includes a photograph area, while the current issuing service operates under the electronic-passport rules. Confirm with the coordinating office how your portrait is to be supplied for this application, including any required prints. Keep the original digital photograph available for corrections without compressing it repeatedly. For an accompanying family member, establish eligibility and supporting records separately. The embassy and consulate directory can help identify contacts for destination formalities, which remain distinct from the authorisation to issue the Tajik diplomatic passport.
