Afghan Diplomatic Passport Photo

The Photo Set Supporting an Afghan Diplomatic-Passport Request

A diplomatic passport from Afghanistan is handled through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ General Directorate of Protocols for approved officials undertaking official duties abroad. The image is part of the individual’s authorized travel record. It should be prepared with the departmental request rather than treated as an ordinary tourist-passport order.

The ministry’s published checklist asks for an official letter, a copy of the identity card, four photographs in the specified format and a diplomatic-passport application completed online. The portrait identifies the official named in those papers. Keep the requested prints with the identity documents and authorization material so the submission stays consistent.

For photographic preparation, use the photo requirements and the photo quality guide to review the finished image. A recognizable likeness matters when the passport is checked during travel. The framing and facial expression explanations provide practical background, while the protocol service determines the required submission method and any additional instructions.

An official assignment may involve destination entry arrangements beyond issuance of the passport. The visa finder can support initial research, and the embassy and consulate directory helps identify the foreign representation concerned. Confirm diplomatic visa arrangements through the office coordinating the assignment rather than assuming an ordinary visitor process applies. If a second photograph is requested for that visa, check its specifications separately before reusing the same prepared image.
