An Optional New Image When Replacing a Serbian Licence

When replacing an older driving licence in Serbia, check whether the authority needs a new photograph or can use the existing identity record. The Interior Ministry’s replacement guidance says a recent analogue photograph may be attached, describing a square image that faithfully shows the applicant without retouching. The wording matters: it describes an option within the application, rather than a blanket requirement that every replacement must include newly purchased photo copies.

The licensing rules also provide for using a photograph and signature from the Ministry’s information system under specified conditions.
